Once a project has commenced and work has been performed, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes any fees associated with planning, labor, materials, or any other services provided as part of the project. We believe in transparency and ensure that clients are aware of all terms, costs, and schedules before the start of any project.
2. Deposits and Pre-Payments
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain projects require an initial deposit to cover preliminary work, materials, or scheduling. These deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Pre-Payments: In some cases, clients may choose to prepay for certain services. Pre-payments will be fully applied to project costs, and any remaining funds at the completion of the project may be refunded, provided no additional fees apply.
3. Project Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel a project before work has commenced, a partial refund may be available, minus any costs incurred for initial preparations, planning, or materials already purchased. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate your request within these guidelines.
4. Quality Guarantee
At Jayakodi Construction, we take pride in our craftsmanship and quality. While we do not offer refunds for completed projects, we are committed to resolving any issues or addressing concerns. If there are any post-completion adjustments needed due to quality or compliance, please contact our team within 30 days of project completion to discuss possible solutions.
