All our projects come with a 25-year warranty, demonstrating our commitment to long-lasting construction and client satisfaction. This warranty covers specific structural aspects of completed projects and is designed to provide clients with peace of mind.
1. Coverage of Warranty
Our 25-year warranty applies to:
- Structural Integrity: Foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, and other critical structural components.
- Major Construction Defects: Any defects that impair the building’s stability or structural integrity due to workmanship or materials used by Jayakodi Construction.
2. Conditions of Warranty
- Proper Maintenance: To ensure the longevity of the project, clients are expected to perform routine maintenance and upkeep as needed. Failure to maintain the property may void the warranty.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or modifications made by third parties not authorized by Jayakodi Construction.
- Third-Party Alterations: Alterations or repairs performed by third-party contractors may void the warranty on affected areas.
3. Claims and Repairs
If you experience any issues covered under this warranty within the 25-year period, please contact us with details of the problem. Our team will inspect the issue and determine if it is eligible for repair or replacement under warranty.
- Inspection and Service: For approved warranty claims, we will arrange for necessary repairs at no cost to the client.
- Non-Covered Repairs: If the issue is determined to be outside the warranty scope, we may still provide repair services at the client’s expense.
4. Transferability
This warranty is transferable one time if the property is sold, providing the new owner with the remainder of the original 25-year period. New owners must contact us to transfer the warranty within 30 days of property ownership transfer.
